The hotel features beautiful decor and a stunning breakfast buffet with varied options. The spacious room had a lovely canal view. there were some issues with room maintenance, like a poorly functioning air conditioning unit and a loose toilet roll holder, which should have been addressed in a premier room. the ambiance can be quite noisy if you're near karaoke events, making it hard to relax. Staff were very attentive and helped quickly with my concerns, showcasing excellent service.

A Memorable Family Getaway

We had an amazing 4-night stay. The buffet breakfast truly impressed us, especially the waffles and freshly made scrambled eggs. The staff's attentiveness elevated our experience. a self-service coffee area in the lounge would be a great addition.
